Agreement to Terms

ion-junct provides financial literacy education programs for children and teenagers, including:

  • Individual coaching sessions

Eligibility and Registration

To enroll in our programs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Enrollment and Payment Terms

Enrollment Process

Enrollment is confirmed upon:

  • Submission of the enrollment form
  • Receipt of confirmation from ion-junct
  • Payment of applicable fees (where required upfront)

Pricing and Fees

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is due as specified in your enrollment confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • More than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus £25 administrative fee
  • 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before program start: No refund
  • After program has commenced: No refund for unused sessions

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Rescheduling

Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of ion-junct or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

User Conduct

Parental Involvement

For participants under 18, parents or guardians are expected to:

  • Ensure appropriate supervision during online sessions
  • Support learning through encouragement and practice
  • Communicate any concerns or special needs to instructors

Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, inclusive learning environment. Behavior that is disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.

Limitation of Liability
